Director, Aerospace & Defense

Dr. Quentin Noreiga is the Director of Aerospace & Defense. In this role, he is responsible for driving success and growth of assigned clients by providing client relationship management, program management, team leadership, and analytics support.  In addition, he supports business growth by driving new client sales opportunities and collaborating in company strategy development, execution, and market thought leadership.

Dr. Noreiga has over 25 years of military experience as an U.S. Army systems engineer, strategist, logistician and educator specializing in optimization, game theory and complex problem solving.  Noreiga’s experience in a variety of military roles combined with his diverse educational background in strategic studies, engineering and business will enable him to help Vibronyx clients drive supply chain predictability, visibility and speed of delivery.

During his 25 years of service, Dr. Noreiga served at both an operations research systems analyst and logistician.  He most recently served as the Military Deputy Director for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Analysis Group in Redstone Arsenal, Al., Director, Logistics Data Analysis Center for the U.S. Army Logistics Data Analysis Center in Redstone Arsenal, Al.  His previous assignments include the U.S. Army Recruiting Command at Fort Knox, Ky, the Missile and Space Intelligence Center at Redstone Arsenal, Al, and the U.S. Army Training & Doctrine Command at Fort Monroe, Va.  His Operational assignments include Fort Campbell, Ky, Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA, Afghanistan, and South Korea.

Dr. Noreiga earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering & Operations Research from Vanderbilt University, and Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Air Force War College.
