Clay is Founder and CEO of Vibronyx, where he leads the company’s vision, strategy, growth plan and operations.  Previously he was Division President for the $300M+ Healthcare Provider Industry for Conduent which provided analytics software, consulting services and business process outsourcing to over 2,200 hospitals.

Clay has spent the past twenty-plus years building data-driven improvement strategies and solutions across industries. He has led teams to develop scalable data integration capabilities, advanced analytics warehouses and machine-learning predictive analytics for companies like IBM, Walgreens and the largest healthcare systems across the country. A decorated combat veteran, he began his career as an enlisted medical specialist and then Signal Corps Officer in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers in deployments to Bosnia and Kosovo, and exited service as a Captain.

Clay holds a BS in engineering management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  Clayton also holds certifications as a Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model professional from APICs and Implementing Machine Learning Analytics in Business from MIT.
